What is included in the early access price?
You get a full ACE Pro license for your first year with all 12 features — AI quest adaptation, dropout analysis, grade insights, team XP, and more. Your license also includes free AI credits. After your first year, the regular subscription is €200/year.
When will ACE Pro launch?
ACE Pro launches on 15 May 2025. As soon as it launches, we'll generate your license key and send it to your email along with full portal access.
Does ACE Pro require the free ACE plugin?
Yes. ACE Pro extends the free ACE Core plugin. Install ACE Core first, then add ACE Pro on top. Both are standard Moodle™ plugins that install in seconds.
What Moodle™ versions are supported?
ACE Pro supports Moodle™ 4.1 and above, including Moodle™ 4.5 LTS. It follows Moodle™'s coding standards and integrates with its permission system.
What kind of license do I receive?
A 1-year license at a heavily discounted price. You'll receive your license key via email on launch day and can install ACE Pro on your Moodle™ immediately. Renew at €200/year after.
Are AI credits included?
Yes. Your early access purchase includes free AI credits for AI-powered features like content suggestions, dropout prediction, and quest adaptation. Purchase additional credit packs through your portal.
Can I get a refund?
Early access purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your payment, you agree that this is a pre-order for a product launching on 15 May 2025.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. ACE Pro processes all student data locally on your Moodle™ server. AI features use anonymised data. We are fully GDPR compliant.
